Where has the time gone, trying to catch-up with writing..as usual. Its been a busy couple of months, cleaning up the greenhouse and garden and taking care of way too many neglected chores inside. So where to start?
Raspberries in Oct! Only a few , this is the first year so maybe next year will be better…
Eggplants were harvested and cleared out of the Greenhouse. I really love the little stiped Fairytale
What we couldnt use was made into BabaGanoush and frozen…This was the last Green Pepper

So, you grew your eggplant in pots? That’s a great Idea! I think I’ll try that next year. I love those fingerling eggplants, or whatever they are called.
Yes , it worked out well, 1-2 plants per 10 gal pot, similar to growing tomatoes, they were in the greenhouse for extra heat, a necessity here. The little Fairytale eggplants grew much better than the larger Black Beauty.
Raspberries…YUM! 😉
