I had seen this recipe on another Blog for Butter Glazed Radishes and was curious ; I’ve never cooked radishes ..
This is an easy one..Sauté Radishes in a little butter & chicken broth
reduce until glazed
season with salt & pepper, garnish with parsley, I used basil..
and served them on Micro Greens from Christina’s Garden..
its good , the radishes take on the butter flavour..
