We still had some overwintered carrots and New Zealand Yams to harvest…

Romaine Lettuce is still growing and we should see some spring Broccoli and Cauliflower soon. The plants are huge!

Onions are under cover in the centre, trying to stay dry 😉

This is my new experiment, Growing Yams, AKA, Sweet Potatoes ! If all goes well each one will  produce several plants !

These will be in the garage on heat for a while , in the meantime more seeds will need to be started and the soil prepped  !

Looking forward to trying some new varieties and seeing how the garden grows this year  🙂

We have used the last of our “Snow Crown”  Cauliflower . It was a stellar winter veggie, along with Arugula and Broccoli, which are still producing.  🙂

Oh yes… these will be grown again for next year….
